Upon delivery or pickup, carefully inspect your hardware and door/s for any damage or missing items. If damage is observed, inform us immediately or refuse delivery.
Claims for damages will not be accepted without proper notification. Open and inspect packages thoroughly for any missing or incorrectly items, reporting them to us within 7 days of receipt.
