Warranty

Installing barn doors is our speciality which is why we recommend installing your door(s) to ensure it is done to our proficiency. 
If you or someone else installs the door(s) this will void the warranty of the door(s).

IF WE INSTALL THE DOOR(S)
WE WILL COVER:
  • Any warping or twisting of the door from date of install for 2 years. We will completely replace the door if this occurs.
  • A one time call-out or fix-up.
  • A one time call-out to fix a soft close - Refrain from slamming the doors; any visible damage caused by slamming will void the warranty and result in the removal of the soft close.

WE WONT COVER:
  • If you have painted, varnished or stained the door. This may react to the paint/materials used to make the door(s) and can cause damage we will not cover. If you would like a specific colour, kindly inform us before paying your deposit.
  • If you leave a door outside or exposed to the elements.
  • If you change your mind.
  • If your door is damaged due to its placement, as they are a timber product, they expand and contact with temperature changes. This includes but not restricted to: under/near a heater, aircon, or behind a TV/gaming consoles or fireplace.
