Refund policy

Barn Project strive to provide timely delivery for our quality barn doors and hardware. Our doors and hardware made for pickup and delivery are readily available within 5-7 working days.

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer a return policy for doors that have been made to the customer's specification (size, design and colour). If however, we did not build the door to the correct speciation or the door is defective - we offer a replacement.

If it is decided to refund our customer, this will be processed within 10 business days.

Change or cancellation of door orders must be made within one business day of placing deposit.
