All of our internal doors are custom-made.

This classic barn door has two profiles - a back and a front that can be the same or different for a different look from the other side.

For the back you can choose from a box set back, VJ framed back, X barn back or a K barn back.

It is painted white as standard however can be painted a custom colour for an additional cost or can also be made from a timber to be stained, also at an additional cost.

What are the custom doors made of?

  • Material

    Our custom-made doors are made of all pine or pine and MDF, it depends what design you choose and your budget. Hardwood can be used on special request and will be quoted accordingly.

  • Warranty

    All doors that are installed by us have a full warranty and replaced if warped, regardless of the material used.

  • Finish

    Our painted doors are sprayed and caulked for a beautiful finish. Varnished doors are sealed with water based coat, unless otherwise discussed at the time of placing your order.

How do I book a measure/quote?

If you would like us to come out and measure, there may be a delay in availability. As we are a small business, we will have to come and measure when we are in the area.

However, you can measure for a barn door yourself. We always add more to make sure the opening is covered so if you are a little worried about doing it yourself and getting it wrong, its ok! If you measure yourself, this also means we can give you a quote and have your door ready alot sooner.

Can You Install For Me

We can absolutely install the door for you! Our lead time is generally 2-4 weeks so keep that in mind when ordering.

Installation costs start from $350 for standard-size doors.

We are located in Melbourne, Lilydale.

Please keep in mind, any doors not installed by us voids the door(s) warranty.

We are open Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm. However, please contact ahead of time, as we sometimes need to close the workshop, as we our out on stock runs or installations.

How Do I Install Myself?

We supply full instructions on how to install your own barn door and can also pre-mount your hardware upon request.

Doors that have not been installed or painted by us will not be covered under our warranty.

Extra Information and Lead Times

As our doors in this collection are all custom made to size and specification you will need to allow generally 2-4 weeks for us to be able to make your door and fit you into our schedule if you are wanting it delivered or installed.

Warranty Information

Installing barn doors is our speciality which is why we recommend installing your door(s) to ensure it is done to our proficiency. 
If you or someone else installs the door(s) this will void the warranty of the door(s).

IF WE INSTALL THE DOOR(S)
WE WILL COVER:
  • Any warping or twisting of the door from date of install for 2 years. We will completely replace the door if this occurs.
  • A one time call-out or fix-up.
  • A one time call-out to fix a soft close - Refrain from slamming the doors; any visible damage caused by slamming will void the warranty and result in the removal of the soft close.

WE WONT COVER:
  • If you have painted, varnished or stained the door. This may react to the paint/materials used to make the door(s) and can cause damage we will not cover. If you would like a specific colour, kindly inform us before paying your deposit.
  • If you leave a door outside or exposed to the elements.
  • If you change your mind.
  • If your door is damaged due to its placement, as they are a timber product, they expand and contact with temperature changes. This includes but not restricted to: under/near a heater, aircon, or behind a TV/gaming consoles or fireplace.
